Tom Hanks will open the 57th London festival tonight with his latest film Captain Phillips, directed by British Bourne Identity filmmaker Paul Greengrass. And he will make an apperance as well.
Tomorrow we will be attending the red carpet premiere of sci-fi thriller Gravity, starring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock, who will attend the premiere. The film has already has shot straight to the top of the US box office in its opening weekend. The Coen Brothers’ Inside Llewyn Davis and the critically acclaimed lesbian drama, Blue is the Warmest Colour. Our crew Marianne and Guglielmo will be reporting from the redcarpet tonight, and throughout the rest of the festival.
